- Return and refund is possible when the product or order have errors. This is only possible within 7 days report after delivery. Products should be returned for order check within 14 days after delivery. Full refund of order and shipping costs is possible when reported error is agreed.

- The product 'Design-bites' CD-ROM is shipped with air mail service from the UK, by Andrew Taylor, without tracking service. Delivery time: 5-8 days. For this specific item, lost packages cannot be compensated and it is customer's own risk.

- This DVD's are shipped from the USA, by Mark Kokavec from Renderdemo.com. Please note that shipping costs for this item are 9 USD for the US and Canada and 12 USD for all other countries. Save these costs by ordering additional items from the other categories. Tracking service for this item is not provided. You will me notified by email when product is shipped. Delivery time for this product is around 2 days for US and 6-10 for other countries. For this specific item, lost packages cannot be compensated and it is customer's own risk.
